FAQs

  • Which allergens are in your products?

Most of our products are made with one or more known allergen. At this point, we are not able to separate allergens during production and cross contamination is a possibility. If you have a severe allergy it is safer to assume all products contain all allergens. The most common ones we use include tree nuts (hazelnuts, almonds, pecans, walnuts, pistachios, macadamia nuts, coconuts), peanuts, milk, soy, gluten, sulfites and food coloring.

  • Where can I find your chocolates?

Our production facility is located in Ellensburg, Washington. We do not have a storefront, but can be found in local shops and often at local events. Local orders can be placed online and picked up by appointment or at Pearl Street Books. Delivery can be arranged for an additional fee. We are not yet set up for shipping.

  • Expiration Dates

We suggest that you enjoy your chocolates within two weeks of purchase. Many of our chocolates do have a longer shelf-life, but we recommend that you eat them right away. If, on the rare occasion that you are not able to finish them before two weeks, please keep them wrapped and sealed in the refrigerator. Bring back to room temperature before enjoying.

  • How do I store my chocolates?

Chocolate stores best in a cool, dark, dry location between 55-70 F.

  • Do you offer vegan products?

Yes, we do offer some vegan products and can custom make them for special orders.
